Wellbeing startup Forum 8th november with fledgerrOctober 19, 2021
Fledgerr and Boost Your Startup are partnering to deliver a forum focused on
employee wellbeing businesses
The era of Gwyneth Paltrow:
The awareness of personal wellbeing has
grown markedly over the last 10 years. It’s
more than celebrities with scented
candles. With Covid, awareness of the
impact of employee wellbeing on business
has increased further. Companies are
giving increasing budget and time to
employees’ physical and mental health.
A wellbeing forum:
On 8th November 2021, 5pm CET, Boost Your Startup and Fledgerr are joining forces to bring
five wellbeing startups and scaleups for you to see, learn from and exchange ideas. The
startups are: BetterSpace, Mixr, MindsetInstitution, AimeHealth & Quan
Why should I attend?
For the companies: the opportunity to learn more about approaches to wellbeing, perhaps to
find supportive investors with a genuine interest in this market sector, and potentially to be
introduced to an effective scale-up program.
For investors: a chance to be part of a rapidly growing sector, in which they may already have an
interest. Growth in the corporate wellbeing spend is estimated at 5-7% per year in a market
growing from $60bn in 2020 to >$100bn by 2030.
For people with an interest in wellbeing: a chance to learn about the latest trends and
newest approaches and products.
After the session:
Investors and industry partners will have the chance to follow up with the companies that presented. Companies may also be invited to join the BYS / Fledgerr support incubator.
During the session:
Each company will give a 10 minute presentation, on its product, vision and any ask to investors.
Questions can be submitted in advance or during the session. This will be an exciting opportunity
for investors, industry partners and enthusiasts to learn about different approaches to employee
wellbeing, and to see what approaches will thrive in a rapidly growing industry.
There is no charge to attend this event. Fledgerr operates an honesty box – we ask that anyone
investing or getting investment from one of our events lets us know so we can help celebrate it –
and that you make a 1% contribution each to help the Fledgerr Forum help more startups in
And …while she would be welcome, Gwyneth Paltrow is currently not expected to attend.
